Terms and Conditions for HiringXYZ Analytics (OPC) Private Limited

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hiringx.io (the "Platform"), operated by HiringXYZ Analytics (OPC) Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 in India. Hiringx.io is a free referral-first hiring platform designed to connect job seekers with companies via referrals. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Description of Services

Hiringx.io enables referrers to submit candidate referrals and companies to post job openings and review candidates. The Platform is currently free, though premium features may be introduced in the future.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
Provide truthful and accurate information.
Not engage in activities that disrupt the Platform or infringe on others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (e.g., text, logos, software) are owned by HiringXYZ Analytics (OPC) Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform as intended.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee job placements, the accuracy of user-provided information, or uninterrupted service. Our liability for damages arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other justifiable reasons.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations are applicable only for customers who have purchased premium features on the Platform (such as increased referral or search limits) and have not used those features. If any usage of the premium service is detected, the refund will not be applicable.

To request a refund:

You must raise a request via the Platform or by emailing our support team within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method or bank account.

HiringXYZ Analytics (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
